This simple and highly efficient technique takes you step by step\, starting from the level where you are\, gradually uplifting you to Self-realization. \n\n\n\nThe Supreme\, Immortal Self\, also known as Atman in the oriental tradition\, is Pure Consciousness\, Pure Self\, the unchanging\, eternal Truth that is beyond the entire manifest world. The ancient text of Katha Upanishad states: \n\n\n\n\nAtman\, smaller than the small\, greater than the great\, is hidden in the hearts of all living creatures. It is not born; It does not die. It has not sprung from anything; nothing has sprung from It. Birthless\, eternal\, everlasting\, and ancient\, It is not killed when the body is killed. \n\n\n\n\nJoin us in this silent journey to discover the genuine treasures of your own inner universe\, to explore the mystery of who you are truly\, and awaken to your Supreme Immortal Self Atman. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease note that Module 2 is only available for those who have either completed Module 1 or have attended the Silent Retreat with us before.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDaily Schedule\n\n\n\nEach day includes several meditations (of various lengths) for unveiling the Self\, extended yoga practice and inspiring lectures. The day usually starts at 8.00 and concludes at 22.00. With a background in philosophy and peacebuilding\, she has been a dedicated teacher and practitioner of the Tantra Yoga path\, sharing her passion for art\, love\, and beauty. After teaching in Denmark\, she has recently brought her wisdom to Chiang Mai as a teacher at Mahasiddha Yoga. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nUriel Yariv\n\n\n\nUriel is a cofounder of Mahasiddha Yoga and the Integral Yoga Center Amrita in Thailand. A devoted practitioner of Tantra and Yoga for over 20 years\, he has spent more than two years in silent retreats\, immersing himself in meditation and inner transformation. With a master’s degree in clinical psychology\, Uriel bridges ancient wisdom with modern understanding\, offering clear and heartfelt teachings that inspire many. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDeshna Di\n\n\n\nWith a background in Tibetan Buddhism\, and Kinesiology\, Deshna has been sharing the path of Yoga since 2015 and guiding sound healing journeys since 2017. In 2018\, Tantra became the heart of their spiritual journey – opening the door to systematical practice\, continuous transformation\, and a life centered in love\, devotion\, compassion\, and aspiration. \n\n\n\n\n\nWhat is included?\n\n\n\nThe price includes the course fee\, accommodation\, 3 vegetarian meals per day and transport to and from Chiang Mai city centre on the starting and ending date.
