DESCRIPTION:6-Day Tantra Immersion Level 1 Retreat – onsite at Amrita Integral Yoga Resort\n\n\n\nAn illuminative introduction into the essence of the Tantra Yoga spiritual system\n\n\n\n\n\nIn this 6-day intensive course\, we’ll undertake a deep and systematic study and practice of Tantra Yoga. Through inspiring lectures\, deep Hatha Yoga sessions\, guided meditations\, and tantric exercises\, we’ll focus on elevating our consciousness and experiencing life from a fresh\, profound perspective. In this way\, to live life fully\, savouring every aspect of life\, from relationship to work and purpose to the contact with nature\, discovering the living divinity of daily life in the simple joys and even in moments of challenges. \n\n\n\nTantra Immersion Retreats are structured in multiple levels\, each going deeper into the teachings of Tantra. Completing Level 1 qualifies you to join Level 2\, and completing Level 2 qualifies you to join Level 3. As many of you have been asking\, we are excited to announce our first Level 4 in February 2027! \n\n\n\nThis first level of Tantra Immersion includes:\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIntroduction of Tantra: the philosophy and history. Tantra as a path of love\, happiness\, peace… leading all the way to enlightenment\n\n\n\nThe law of resonance and practical ways to apply it in order to achive  certain benificial inner states such as love\, joy\, forgiveness ect\n\n\n\nThe principle of polarity – the game Yin and Yang in the universal level and in our own being\n\n\n\nShiva as the divine masculine\n\n\n\nShakti as the divine feminine and her special role in Tantra\n\n\n\nIntroduction to tantric sensuality – the sacred pure eros\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPractice of Hatha Yoga and its efficiency in self-development\n\n\n\nSilent meditations for mental focus and clarity\n\n\n\nImportance of relaxation and mindfulness in Tantra\n\n\n\nMeditations with music to access specific states of consciousness\n\n\n\nRevelation into the path of love and technique to awaken a state of love\n\n\n\nGroup Q&A sessions for discussion and guidance\n\n\n\nReflection moments to observe your growth\, evaluate progress\, and plan future practice\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDisclaimer: What we teach and practice in these retreats is the traditional tantra. There are no sexual activities in the retreats. With a background in Tibetan Buddhism\, Traditional Chinese medicine and kinesiology\, she has been devoted to the path of Yoga for over 10 years. Since 2018\, Tantra has been at the heart of her spiritual journey\, opening her to continuous transformation and a life centered in love\, devotion\, compassion\, and aspiration.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nUriel Yariv\n\n\n\nUriel is a Tantra and Yoga teacher with over 20 years devoted to the authentic Tantra Yoga path. He has spent more than two years in silence\, deepening his practice of yoga and meditation. Over 10 years ago\, he co-founded Mahasiddha Yoga and Amrita Integral Yoga Centre in Thailand. With a master’s degree in clinical psychology\, he naturally bridges psychology and spirituality. He shares his love for meditation\, Tantra\, and inner growth in a clear and tangible way\, inspiring many along the path.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIris Smeets\n\n\n\nIris is a Tantra and Yoga teacher\, tantric massage therapist\, and facilitator of women’s circles and empowerment dance courses. With a background in philosophy and peacebuilding\, she worked in conflict resolution and trauma centers worldwide before dedicating herself fully to Yoga and Tantra. She has been teaching for the past 7 years\, inspiring hearts through love\, devotion\, and aspiration\, and guiding others toward a soul-based life.  \n\n\n\n\n\nWhat is included?\n\n\n\nThe price includes the course fee\, accommodation\, 3 vegetarian meals per day and transport to and from Chiang Mai city centre on the starting and ending date. The meals included in the first day are dinner\, and on the last day breakfast and lunch. All rooms are ensuite (with private bathrooms)\, have AC and hot water in the shower.
