Holistic Healing – Transformative Power of Self Knowledge
20 October, 2026 @ 3:30 pm – 25 October, 2026 @ 1:00 pm UTC+0
6-Day Jounrey of Holistic Healing – onsite at Amrita Integral Yoga Resort
Acceptance, consciousness, transformation and realisation
Healing is an art. It is an art that understands the problem, the disease, and an art that understands the solution. Every disease, and every pain, is an invitation for self-knowledge. Rather than taking a quick pill, ignoring the problems, covering only the symtoms, the invitation of this retreat is to truly understand the world of emotions, the world of human interaction, the body, the mind and the hormones and to bring a deep, lasting healing that is not based on force, but on wisdome, on real contact and authenticity with ourselves.
Seeing every challenge, every disease, every pain as an invitation of growth, of transformation, of rebirth, and of knowing as an experience who we are.
In this retreat, we will explore the emotions of anger, sadness, guilt, fear, anxiety, and worry, examining their underlying mechanisms from both psychological and spiritual perspectives. We will also integrate holistic emotional healing practices drawn from the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine and Hatha yoga.
This emotional healing retreat will be based on harmoniously, consciously containing emotions and it’s not based on catharsis. ❤️
