The Esoteric Tantra Course is an intense on-going class that guides you toward higher consciousness and a more fulfilling, abundant life — all while walking the yogic path of spiritual growth.

Contrary to popular belief, Tantra is not just about sex. Sacred eroticism is an element in Tantra but it is only a part of a much greater richness of knowledge and practice which Tantra has to offer. The tantric path is a beautiful combination of physical, sensual, emotional and spiritual awakening that will bring you closer to yourself and the divine.

In this course, we’ll explore each chakra through seven modules of seven classes each. Each module will be devoted to a chakra. It’s a profound journey of inner transformation and self-discovery that starts with the root chakra and takes us all the way to the crown center.

For most of our students, these classes are life-changing. Learning how our subtle anatomy is linked to our deep psychological patterns, and how addressing an unbalanced chakra translates into particular behavioural transformations is one of the greatest revelations of the Tantric system.

Each week, we’ll also learn a new asana designed to activate, energise, balance, or harmonise Manipura Chakra, empowering our practice with tools to cultivate will power and self – confidence.

Iris

Iris is a Yoga and Tantra teacher based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. With a background in Philosophy and Peace and Conflict Studies, she spent years working in conflict resolution and peacebuilding at trauma centers worldwide. She later became a tantric massage therapist. Before moving to Thailand, Iris worked for 7 years at a Yoga Centre in Aarhus, Denmark, where she offered a range of classes, courses, and workshops in massage, Esoteric Tantra Yoga, Integral Esoteric Yoga for singles and couples, and dance empowerment courses for women.

Aldolinor

Aldolinor has been practicing yoga for the last thirty years and he daily finds new applications and depths of the spiritual truths and principles which he learned. He has been a yoga teacher for over 20 years and has a great enthusiasm to share some recipes from the tantra yogic tradition that have enriched his soul. He found that combining science with spirituality leads to modern day practical solutions that emerge from traditional wisdom, which he communicated through articles, conferences, workshops and courses.
