NON-EJACULATION through MUSCLE CONTRACTION

Kegel exercises are widely known and used to regain muscle tonus in the pelvic area after pregnancy or in old age to help urinary continence. In this article, you will find out how various contractions can be useful for the training of erotic amorous continence for men.

What Happens When You Are Very Close to Ejaculation and You Contract the Right Muscles?

There are two stages of proficiency in contraction. An uncontrolled muscle spasm works as a pump that extracts the semen and sperm from the testicles and shoots it out (ejaculation). There is the pump and there is the pipe (the urethra). You can contract muscles anywhere along that pipe: using ashwini mudra, yoni mudra, moola bandha, PC muscles, kegel.

If you contract strongly enough, you will block the pipe, but the pump will still be going. The pump keeps pumping, so the semen enters the pipe. If you continue to contract, the fluid is directed to the bladder, and a small amount of it will be reabsorbed by the body, as there is a mechanism in the bladder that reabsorbs nutrients.

This is not a real achievement yet. It doesn’t imply any mastery of your inner energetic structure. Some people do tantra like this, or they even just press hard on the perineum with their fingers. (They are too lazy even to contract the muscles). If you press the right spot with your fingers, the semen will later be eliminated through the bladder.

This procedure has a very small effect. It might partially help to lower the risk of pregnancy, but it still leads to a huge energetic loss.

The Second Level of Proficiency of Muscle Contraction

This is when you can contract the muscles so strongly that the muscle pump can no longer function (you won’t ejaculate). The pump itself consists of a contract and relax sequence. Indeed, to not ejaculate, you need to contract hard for about 90 seconds. You can practice it as homework. It’s good to train with this if you still ejaculate from time to time or even frequently.

Contract the muscle and isolate it well enough. Do not contract the whole body together with it. Though even if you contract the whole body, you can still control the pump. So, in the case of an emergency, where you feel you are about to ejaculate, don’t worry so much about also contracting some other muscles.

These PC muscles need to be very strong. Some men have been investing around 40 minutes a day for years to train these muscles.

How Should This Contraction Be Used?

If you find yourself in a situation where you can’t do anything else, you can’t think of anything else, you are sure you are about to ejaculate, then just hold that contraction. Even if your body shivers and you feel the nerve impulse telling the pump to activate, if you are contracting that pump, then indeed you don’t need to ejaculate.

Even though there is a certain energetic loss, it’s much better than ejaculating. Please note that this is still not full amorous erotic continence. This is not a permanent solution. It is an emergency mechanism. It is a way to save the day. It shouldn’t be used as the primary method. This just needs a mechanical training of the muscle. Anybody can do it.

Example of Simple Training for Beginners

– Contract the PC muscle (pubococcygeus muscle)

– Call the first contraction Level 1 in strength, and then contract Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, 5, 6, 7

– Contract with a lot of strength. Hold and then relax well.

– Do this at least once or twice a day

– Contract for a whole 2 minutes with a lot of strength, as if you are in that very intense moment during lovemaking.

Tip for Practical Application During High Arousal

In the intense moment at the limit of control, you might be tempted to check if the pump is still going. Don’t. When there is doubt, follow Confucius’ advice: “When there is doubt there’s no doubt!”

Hold the contraction for at least 90 seconds, but preferably much longer, even 3 minutes. You will feel when the impulse is completely gone. The reflex of ejaculation comes from the spine very deep in the subconscious. It doesn’t even come from the brain. It’s a very basic function. Once it comes out, that’s the point of no return. It is when that part in the spine says: ejaculate, and that impulse lasts for about 90 seconds, but let’s say 2 minutes to be on the safe side.

First Steps of Training Amorous Erotic Continence

In the first years of practice, this technique can be used to avoid ejaculation, gradually gaining more control over the PC muscle. Later on, the need to use this technique in this form might disappear. This contraction also creates a powerful sublimating effect. For some men, it might be hard to regain an erection after such a long contraction.

If you want to add it to your continence practice: take 10 minutes a day, contract hard and remember to do a good relaxation at the end. Otherwise, you will stay very contracted and very tense over there. After some weeks of training, maybe a month or two, the muscle will be strong enough. It’s a muscle after all. It works exactly like any other muscle. You contract it frequently, and it gets stronger.
