Inner Polarity: Reclaim Your Masculine Potential

Almost every man carries more potential than he is currently living. Whether your relationship is not working, your purpose is unclear, or your inner fire is not burning, the question is always the same: how do you get back on track? In this article, we will discuss the solution and inner attitude to help answer this question.

Set the Intention and Follow Through

To build an upward spiral, to consciously polarise our lives, we need to begin by gathering all of our positive resources both for our relationship and for our purpose. We gather everything and make it cohesive and powerful.

In the next stage, we set an intention, a purpose. Something that we can do with the level of masculinity that we have. Something realistic and achievable. We mark it, we set a clear intention, and then we walk the steps to fulfil it.

Setting the intention is the masculine part. Following it, being pregnant with that intention, giving birth to it through action, is the feminine part. Once we embrace both aspects, we start to have an inner polarity.

Polarity appears when we discipline ourselves properly. We notice that we have extra masculine power because we are polarised, growing in inner strength. We become intensely awake in proportion to the difficulty of life. We put in the effort, and then we feel: “Now I’ve done it. I’ve changed some habits and I feel like a man again”.

Cutting Away Excuses

The aim of the process is to learn to cut away all the excuses and all the wrong directions you may take in such situations.

First, we need to understand that it is a must. That’s it: you’re a man; it’s finished. You passed 18; you were a boy; you became a man. You don’t return to being a boy. There is no avoiding the fulfilment of our potential. There is no way around it. You will fulfil your potential or take the consequences.

The main mistake men make in such a situation is waiting for something to happen from the outside. Waiting for a purpose to come on its own. We indulge in such an unproductive way of thinking: “If somebody gives me a great job, then you will see what a man I am. When a relationship comes, and she will be tolerant with me for a month or two until I heal, then I’ll be a good lover. Then I will be polarised; then you will see.” However, this kind of excuse doesn’t take us further.

Other men may neglect simple, achievable, realistic intentions and say: “Only if I can take a big step, if I can change the world, watch me change it. But to do something small for five people, to do some practice for myself, no. I’ll play computer games until I get old and die.”

Whatever you do, when you are out of alignment with purpose, you will need to overcome excuses and go through the stages of inner polarisation to succeed. We all have it. It is not just people who have their entire life unpolarised. We all have parts in our being that are not polarised, where we don’t manifest our masculinity.

There Is Only a Way Forward

Essentially, there is no choice. There is no way backwards. There is no stagnation. There is only a way forward when you are a man. If we don’t move on and take challenges, we will pay the price. And if we do, it is going to be great.

We are men. We need to celebrate challenges, celebrate responsibility, celebrate hardship. This is what men have done for thousands of years throughout history. It is very good for us.

Our upward spiral does not begin when conditions are perfect. It begins the moment a man decides to stop waiting and take the next step, however small. That decision, made sincerely and followed through with action, is where masculine potential starts to move again.
